n this stupid pea brained customer,( well not really a customer, more like a passerby who wants to compare prices), called me an idiot!! 1st time i my life ( i think), someone has ever called me that with THAT kind of tone. She wanted to know charges for parcels to Australia, so she asked for the charges for per kg. She said,"ok how much for 1kg?" I quoted her the price 50++ and she went," i think u r crazy u know, dhl only charges 300++ for 20 kg." Hell, she didnt even give me a chance to explain that there are different charges for each additional kg and different companies charge on a different basis. How would i know whether DHL has special rates going to Aust for 20-kg boxes?! After i quoted her the price (which is $400+++), she just went ,
"ARE u sure? How come its so expensive? U sure u r quoting the right price? u know wad, i think u r an idiot. BYE" *click*

after hanging up THAT phonecall, i blurted out "stupid asss", before letting go the hang-up button(that is to transfer to other incoming calls). The word "asss" only came out of my mouth on the 2nd call, but lucky the cust didnt hear.. *oops*

At least my position isnt as taxing as the officers. They have to listen to customers who complain and complain .. complain and complain.. complain and complain..
Humans are such annoying objects. When they see something they do not like, they dont do something to inprove the situation. They just lash around using their tongue and expect things to be done for them. Like babies la. But babies are cuter! like JACKJACK!
